Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, authorized to represent your business, and that you agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Relasi.U provides an omnichannel inbox and CRM platform that lets businesses manage customer conversations across multiple channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Facebook, Email, Live Chat, and more), including automation, broadcast, and analytics features.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date whenever it changes.
• Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates anti-spam policies and recipient opt-in consent.
• Send content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringes intellectual property rights, or harms others.
• Misuse the Service for fraud, malicious software, or activity that compromises system security.
• Violate WhatsApp Business Terms, Meta Platform Policies, or the terms of any other third-party channel provider.

The Service connects to third-party platforms, including Meta products (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Facebook), through their official APIs. By connecting these accounts, you:

• Represent that you have the right and authority to connect the account and process customer messages through it.
• Agree to comply with all applicable third-party platform terms and policies, including the Business Messaging Policy and Meta Platform policies.
• Understand that the availability, limitations, and changes of third-party platforms are outside our control and may affect related features.

• Paid plans are billed on your chosen cycle (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until canceled.
• Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or otherwise stated.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice before it takes effect on your next billing period.

All rights to the Service, including software, trademarks, and materials, belong to Relasi.U or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload, and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate legal basis and consent to process your customers' data through the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Relasi.U is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or any third-party platform policy. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through the competent courts in Indonesia.
